We are OVERJOYED to share with you Down the Road - our entertainment for the 43rd Annual Festival of Trees!
Down The Road is comprised of Mary & Scott Temple, Ron Pray and Wayne Alderman. They will be hitting the stage with a holiday, folk, country, and bluegrass mix, along with their acoustic instruments and singing. Known in the Black Hills as some of the best musicians and songwriters, The Historic Homestake Opera House is pleased to present them at The Festival of Trees event, Saturday, November 15th from 4 - 6 p.m., followed by the live auction of Christmas trees and wreaths.
Mary has played with Grammy award-winning musician, Larry Mitchell, the famous touring band Joey Leone, South Dakota's favorite Jamie Lynn, appeared on KOTA Summer Music Series, and on SD Public Radio. Scott Temple has played with many SD musicians and even toured Europe with a concert band. Ron Pray and Wayne Alderman are prolific songwriters from the Black Hills and have graced many a stage here in the Black Hills with their songs and excellent instrumentation and voices.
