Food For Thought is a short-play competition and live performance benefitting Feeding South Dakota. They are looking for LOCAL playwrights and performers to participate in an upcoming event at The Emporium in Rapid City.
PLAYWRITERS are invited to submit original, 5-15 minute plays, written for 1 to 3 performers. They are looking for plays that explore the unseen realities of everyday people and encourage the audience to look beyond first impressions. Themes may include, but are not limited to, family dynamics, loneliness, and resilience. All creative approaches are welcome!

PERFORMERS are invited to help bring these selected plays to life at The Emporium in Rapid City! With each play designed for a smaller cast and minimal staging, this event offers an opportunity for actors of all skill levels to become involved in an important community production!
