The Homestake Opera House is the perfect place to have your wedding! Our theater gives your wedding a grand opulence, without decorating! It provides permanent seating, a large stage and an aura of beauty and history, all in one! It's the perfect place to say "I Do"!

Rental Packages

The Homestake Opera House provides different options for venue rental. On top of the venue rental, we provide "a la carte" rental options that completes your wedding.

Basic Package - $1, 250*
Includes the following:

• Rental of theatre up to 8hrs
  • Can be split between two days for rehearsal and event
• Sound & lighting available
  • Technician on-call
• Venue will not manage hired, outside vendors such as florists, caterer, band/DJ, etc.
• Use of tables & chairs
  • Large rounds, cocktail rounds short & tall (limited quantity)
• Bridal suite (subject to availability)

*Does not include $350 cleaning/damage deposit

Premium Package - $2,000*
Includes the following:

• Rental of theatre up to 12hrs
  • Can be split between two days for rehearsal and event
• Sound & lighting available
  • Technician on-call
• Venue will not manage hired, outside vendors such as florists, caterer, band/DJ, etc.
• Use of tables & chairs
  • Large rounds, cocktail rounds short & tall (limited quantity)
• Bridal suite (subject to availability)
